I look forward to meeting you in person and helping you on your journey to feeling better and functioning at full capacity in whatever pursuits you wish to do.
I am 46 years young and have been helping people for over 10 years, using my unique skillset of massage/acupressure, energy work and life experience.
I studied massage at the NZ College of Massage in Wellington and worked down there for 5 years before moving to the Bay of Plenty. My approach is grounded and holistically based, with the emphasis on finding the source of the problem, rather than just treating the symptom. The body will always tell a story, you just have to learn to listen to it.
I love what I do and aim to offer a complete and quality service and one which can help you move forward from pain and discomfort and into an active or healthy existence.
I have varied interests, with health and wellness being at the forefront of many of them.
I enjoy listening to podcasts on various topics and sharing this new found knowledge in conversations. I am passionate about self-development and using the many tools at our disposal to unlock the potential we all have inside. Other interests include gardening, walking, dancing, hiking, meditation, plant medicines, Wim Hof breathing, being outdoors and running a small 20 acre farm with my wife near Matata.
